(Yoga, Sound Healing, Trail of Senses, and Combo Experiences)
Reservations & Payments
All daily experiences must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of reservation. Guests are responsible for providing accurate information, arriving on time, and disclosing any relevant medical conditions. Moon Gate may modify or cancel sessions if required for safety or operational reasons.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session will receive a full refund or complimentary reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. For Adventure & Wellness Combo packages, cancellations follow the policies of both Moon Gate and partner providers such as Pure Trek. If Moon Gate cancels due to weather or safety concerns, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Important Information
All participants voluntarily assume responsibility for their physical and mental well-being during the experience. Our offerings are not medical treatments and do not replace professional care. Guests must inform facilitators of injuries, pregnancy, pacemakers, epilepsy, or other relevant conditions prior to participation. Moon Gate is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss of belongings, or circumstances beyond our control.

Reservations & Payments
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a retreat reservation. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the retreat start date. Payment plans may be available and must be completed by the final payment deadline. Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation without refund.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat will receive a refund of the retreat fee minus hotel costs at full published rates. Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Retreat transfers may be granted on a case-by-case basis at Moon Gate’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
Important Information
By booking a retreat, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own travel arrangements, insurance, health considerations, and overall well-being. Moon Gate is not liable for travel delays, personal injury, illness, loss of property, or force majeure events. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical needs, cancellations, and unforeseen disruptions.
